Terms & Conditions
Thank you for visiting the Tam Jewellery website. Below are the terms and conditions of sale. Please read these carefully as once an order is placed though this website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions of sale.

 

ONLINE ORDERS
We aim to make online ordering as simple as possible for our customers. To place an order, simply add your items to Cart and then proceed to Checkout. If we are running a promotion, you will be supplied with a coupon code which you can enter in the field below your items. Once the final cost is displayed (all in Australian Dollars), select the checkout button to move to our Secure Checkout page. Please ensure all required details are entered into the fields before you submit your order. For payment, you will be redirected to PayPal to authorize the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, please enter your credit card details as a guest. A confirmation email will be sent to you outlining your order details.
PHONE ORDERS
We also accept orders over the phone. You can pay using major credit cards (including AMEX) or direct deposit and our security policy ensures all banking information is never recorded. Please contact us to place an order.


PRIVACY AND SECURITY
When purchasing from Tam Jewellery, we ask for some personal details (including name, address, email and contact number). This information is not in anyway passed on to any other individuals or entities. We ensure that your information is kept private at all times. Your security is of high priority to us, and the credit card details entered or any other personal banking information you use is never recorded. Our online secure paying system is through PayPal, and Tam Jewellery does not have access to credit card details. For phone orders, credit card details are passed on verbally and entered into a portable credit card machine with no details retained by us.


SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are dispatched within 5 days, via Australia post, but if this cannot be the case, we contact our customers immediately to confirm dispatch time frame.
All of our products are shipped with tracking and security at a small fee. For Express Post deliveries within Australia and International deliveries please refer to the Shipping charges at checkout. All International post is standard Air Mail with tracking and security and arrives at most destinations within 1- 3 weeks. Tam Jewellery will not be held liable for any items lost in the mail as all our products are sent with a tracking number and signature upon delivery. If you have ordered a large quantity of our products, extra costs may be added, which will be sent to you in an invoice, via Paypal.

Please note that when you agree to our terms and conditions, you are also agreeing to the above terms regarding extra postage. Postage is between $5 to $10 Australia wide (bulk orders will be charged accordingly). Parcels are sent to the postal address given to at the time of purchasing. If you have changed address, please edit your address to ensure it arrives at the correct location. Please Note, No refunds or exchanges of products that are sent if the incorrect address is given at the time of checkout. We will send you a confirmation email, with the address you have provided on it. This includes PAYPAL, please double check these contact details are correct.


Any products that are damaged or lost in the mail or on delivery, we will not be held responsible for. All products have a tracking number and sign on delivery. If you have not received your product after 14 days, please contact Leah at tamjewellery@gmail.com. Feel free to contact us if you would like to request a special service.  


EXCHANGE POLICY

Providing you return the product in it's new, unworn condition, then we are more than happy to exchange the item. Please keep your receipt and contact us in this situation. The item will need to be returned to us within 10 days of receiving the item. The customer is responsible for the cost of posting the item back to Tam Jewellery, via tracking and security post. Please send a self addressed stamped envelope together with the item. We will use this self addressed stamped envelope to deliver your new item to you. Sale items are not available for an exchange.


RETURN POLICY
For any faulty items, Tam Jewellery will always refund or exchange products. Please keep your receipt and contact us in this situation to discuss. The product will need to be returned to us within 10 days of the receipt date.
